They take weeks sometimes over a mouth to order Shirts and paints. I ordered Polo's 1 month ago and i still have not received them and i'm forced to wear long sleeve shirts because there so slow. When you walk into the store it takes awhile before anyone will even talk to you or help you when you're in the store. Who wants to wait over a month for anything unless its ballistic body armor.NFTA Police is there main priority.

I have a small security company and outfit my employees with United. I think they do a great job on the uniforms and boots at times they do have some items that are a few weeks out but overall very happy with the sevice.

Placed an order for uniforms and was at my house in less than a week. Included embroidered name tags and they sewed on my emblems. Great job guys.

Yes, I read the previous review but figured that if I called to check if item was in stock, I'd be alright. So. I called...asked to check on availability of an item, was told there were two pairs of the pants I wanted in stock, and said that I would be ordering them on line if that was easier. I even mentioned in the order notes that I was the guy who had just called to check on availability of these pants. Received a UPS shipping email saying that my order was on the way. Very poor service, many excuses and long long delays in recieving your order. Dont waste your time here many better local providers without all their bs
