This transportation company isn’t good. They say you should text them instead of calling for someone to get back to you faster but we have to wait 10, 20+ min or sometimes they don’t even respond! Also when your waiting for the driver they tell you the driver is there but isn’t. It’s unacceptable especially when the kids have to wait out in the cold.
They have horrible drivers that are not supposed to be driving on the road let alone provide transportation services to others. One of their cars with the number plate BY86485 almost bumped into our car today because they wanted to merge using the shoulder as a lane of I-35. I called to complain but no one received the call.
