Very friendly credit union, they always have a short line and very accessible. Although I do wish they were open on Saturdays.
Excellent service and customer oriented personnel. All my interactions with United Texas Credit Union staff have been pleasant and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction.
This bank is ok but it is very outdated on the technology it uses and the transactions you can do outside of business hours. They do not have any ATMs that you can make deposits with, even at the locations themselves. The only choice you have is the night deposit box but if I make a deposit, I would like the money in my account for use quickly, not in the morning. This credit union stole $25,000 from me when I moved to Texas for work part 2 of 2. I called the credit union again and told them this. The woman snapped at me: “We’re reversing it. That’s it.” I started to feel like I was being treated like a scammer or criminal, which I absolutely am not.
