Service is up to par ,been a member for over 20 years before this so called merger, only issue I have is there is not a location on my part of town and have to travel 45 mintues to one can use ATM but does not let me take out what I need then have to call and wait for a rep to answer ,most of the time its 8 people waiting ,can't wait and hold line up in ATM
United Texas Credit Union is now Alliance Credit Union, and the transition has been terrible. My family and I are in the process of closing our accounts and moving our services elsewhere. Alliance has made changes (on certificates) during the takeover without properly notifying United Texas customers. On 1/13/26, I noticed fraudulent activity on my credit card—about $125 in Amazon charges that were not mine.
