I can not say enough amazing things about my service with United Texas. My Loan Officer, Ms. Gerik was outstanding and was always available to my 100 questions at any given time. When I began to lose hope that I wouldn't find the exact vehicle I was looking for, she remained positive and encouraged me throughout the progress. A great experience thanks to her and her team.

I have been a customer here for over 6 years with business and personal accounts. The staff have always been amazing, friendly and extremely helpful.
Had an issue with our new United Texas CU Mastercard debit card. My wife's card would not authorize over the phone as instructed. We tried several times, but I think we got locked out with the retries. Stopped in at our local United Texas CU branch and the issue was resolved quickly. Customer service at this branch is excellent, I'm talking each individual across the board. This happens each time I need to go in the branch. So, cannot say enough good things of the employees.
