Visited this place two fridays ago and spoke to a young man about refinancing our vehicle. He was friendly enough and explained he would be on vacation the following week and passed me off to one of his colleagues in a group chat. I filled out the application when I got home on the same day, and texted them photos of my ID, insurance, etc as requested. And then… nothing.
