I came to United Texas trying to get the funding needed for home repairs on my deceased parents’ house. It’s a heavy & difficult situation, but Shelby made the process as seamless as possible. At every turn he went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He communicated clearly, calling in to check in with updates on the process, moved things forward expeditiously, and did it all with such a positive, can-do attitude. I cannot recommend this branch or Shelby enough!
Shelby is the absolute best. Closed 4 loans for us with one more coming soon. Cannot recommend him enough. I’ve known him for a long time and will not go to anyone else for banking. Even helped my wife during the car buying process with pushy salesmen!
