This has got to be the worst credit union there is in the face of the Earth. First they couldn’t create an online account for weeks because my information was stored wrong. Then I finally have access to the online banking service and it’s been more than the probationary time to use Zelle and now they are saying that I don’t have the access yet. This is very inconvenient and I am beyond frustrated with the service especially at this location. No one answers the phone and no one ever has a solution.
