My husband has filed taxes here for the first time Provided everything needed for him and we haven’t even received out paperwork and to top it off the office is closed yet they took our money with NO RECEIPT
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Do not do business here. I went in on 3/29/23 to do my taxes and they just reached out to me at 4:55pm 4/17/23 that my taxes have not been filed and went from getting money back to owing. I tried to get a hold of them multiple times and they never responded. I had to text and call every other day for them to finally respond and then say they needed additional items from me.
