Awesome fast service, I have filed with them for many years. Great to have all info in one place. The Staff is very accommodating for any questions I have.
They filed my taxes wrong. Did not do a proper assessment as a new client. When i called to get information to refile and i told them they didnt file properly the first time didn't ask questions for what we could qualify for then the lady asked me if i asked any questions. Like ok the reason i go to professionals is bc i dont know what i qualify for. Also she filed me with the wrong address. Do not recommended
