Do not waste your time or money. They can't do anything for you that you can't do yourself talking to the IRS. After explaining my situation, I was given the sales pitch on how they know the IRS rules and know how to twist them to my favor. Then, for an additional $800 mind you, they needed to do the "financials" (fancy name for my income versus expenses EXCEL Spreadsheet), just to come back to EXACTLY I TOLD THEM IN THE BEGINNING that they told me they know how to twist in my favor.
