I'm a new transfer to this store & love the people I work with :-D the store director is the nicest boss ever!! <3 thanks United for allowing me to transfer closer to my husbands store so we can be closer for him .. grocery department rocks because of my husband <3 keep up the great work United Levelland!
They are so family !! Treated like one always!!they take extra steps to ensure that we feel like we matter!! If we want something they don't carry they surely will if they can!!

They always have what I need, but that's not the whole of it. The checkers and baggers are always polite, usually knowledgeable and competent and the management is always willing to help customers and the community. It's a great store
This place is horrible, I've been here a number of times and they don't make enough breakfast burritos to last til at least 8am! WTF you should be able to serve breakfast till at least 8:30-9a.m. Then I take a lunch about 11:30 and they don't have food ready for lunch which is only 30min away which is happened more frequent than not! They need a new deli manager, the deli in all the Lubbock locations are 10x's better. Not just with selection but customer service as well!
