Something of a “mom-and-pop” operation in my view. They’re not very responsive to customer needs. I get notices from some third-party company about my checking account there and I don’t even know who they are. The credit union never told me. They are just *not* on a par with the larger, better known credit unions in the area.
$3 ATM Withdrawal fee LOL
I have never encountered more incompetent people than the staff at USSFCU. Even when I explained in detail the transactions I needed completed, they were only achieved with a maximum expenditure of my time, my money, and my labor. If you respect yourself and your savings, you will take your assets to another financial institution.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff members. I spoke with Laila on the phone before stopping by and she helped me get all the appropriate paperwork done before I could become a member. Super happy that I did!
