I have never encountered more incompetent people than the staff at USSFCU. Even when I explained in detail the transactions I needed completed, they were only achieved with a maximum expenditure of my time, my money, and my labor. If you respect yourself and your savings, you will take your assets to another financial institution.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff members. I spoke with Laila on the phone before stopping by and she helped me get all the appropriate paperwork done before I could become a member. Super happy that I did!
Unethical way of conducting business, we sent a customer over for an auto loan, they start telling the customer what the price of the car should be, and then they pull a wrong NADA Book value on the vehicle and give false numbers that don’t exist!
