Merium is a delight. She has a beeping fire alarm panel that cannot be resolved and grumpy hurried and impatient New Yorkers to serve- yet she is happy as a clam. I have shipped many a book from here “the adventures of Tony the pony” all over the country and she is my go to! Thank you, and keep up the good work!
Horrible treatment received by the attendee at 3pm on 7/9/2026. I was asking questions to clarify how I was supposed to pay for and package my envelope. He was rude, unhelpful and condescending. I have no way of knowing his name but he is a Chicago white Sox fan as per his hat. USPS needs to be taken seriously, this is not even remotely close to what service levels should be.
