The black lady worked on April 14th 2026 were super rude and ignorant!
Passport agent is very nice lady. However, passport agent doesn't know that you can use the certificate of naturalization as BOTH proof of citizenship AND ID. She made me go home to get more ID. Please just update her on this very simple rule. Also long nail lady is possible the most rudest person on the planet. This is why everyone rather use UPS, FEDEX and avoids USPS st all cost. USPS will be non existent in 10 years.
