I believe my mail carrier steals my packages. Again, I am missing a package that shows was delivered to my community mailbox and it was not in there. Ironically, I was supposed to get two packages that day and only received one. So, I know my carrier is picking what they want.

Improve communication. I've been calling them every day for 6 days trying to get a package that was not forwarded to my new address. They have not picked up the phone once, nor answered any of the messages left for them through the USPS website.

PITIFUL. AN EXAMPLE OF BUREAUCRACY & INCOMPETENCE. Always the same. We get other peoples mail (and we assume other people get our mail) and wonder why identity theft is so massive! Week after week it'e the same thing. With the reduction of mass mailings, one would think that there would be a reduction in their salaries......pensions....and other benefits.

This is actually for the Waddell P.O. Just because the house number is the same does not mean you deliver my package to that address. Now the person who has my package, and opened it, is out of town. I needed the contents of the package last week---not this weekend. Put your glasses on and READ the labels.
