The security people in this building so rude and racist. I couldn’t reach agent to make appointment by the phone so I came to office for help. When I got in the building she stop me asked me do I have appointment, I said no I couldn’t reach any real person when I call uscis, then she tried to kick me out the building. This is so bullshit, why they open the office and don’t serve people.
