My wife had her naturalization ceremony appointment almost 7 months ago at this location. She had a medical exemption approved by USCIS because of her health condition, which prevented her from learning English. USCIS officially accepted her doctor’s documentation and approved her case accordingly. Unfortunately, when we arrived, one female employee treated us very poorly.
