The older ladies at this branch are usually very rude. After dealing with it yesterday and today I told the lady I was tired of them having attitudes. She suggested I close my account and wanted to argue with me instead of just getting the money out of my account like I requested. I literally had to yell at her to get my money before she would stop getting smart and do her job. Is that the customer service you want? Think twice before banking here people!
