Great bank with helpful friendly faces
Joke of a bank. For months, years now I have physically gone inside of the bank to make my mortgage payment. Physically had to go inside because they can’t take automatic payments from my other bank that is not associated with USB. Never complained, but now that a situation arose The bank was not only rude to me, but 100% not willing to help me out in writing a letter to my lender.
