This location is now Community West Bank, previously known as United Security Bank. I've generally had positive visits to this branch, and I truly appreciate the friendly service. However, there's one area that could use a little attention: it would be great if staff could be a bit more discreet when discussing customers' information. Great service
Very rude staff for such a small and dated location. Would've expected hospitality and that small bank warm, personal service. NOPE! Just an arrogant Karen staff so no business given, nor will in the future. Maybe an overhaul in Branch leadership will improve the future, if they can stick around.
