okay so they were super understaffed when i came in. i stood at the counter for a good five minutes before anyone even looked up. but once i got helped the lady was really nice and sorted out my problem real quick. its a small town bank so the wait times can be rough but the actual people thier are friendly and helpful. i really like that they have the drive thru for simple stuff makes it convienient. just wish they had more tellers during lunch hour.

Michelle is not a friendly person at all. She is the reason I decided not to bank here. If you’re going to be in customer service, be kind and actually pleasant. Not rude and grumpy.
