Inconvenient as Hell I was a customer at this Credit Union for a long time. I used to enjoy doing business there when the loan process was reasonable. But since they lost the guy who was my loan officer a few years back, it is nothing but hassles. If you have to do business with this place, ask for Bonnie- she is terrific. The manager is a total loss, and it seems like they have to run the smallest matters through her and the employees are treated like peons.
Arrrrgh!!!! I had numerous transactions messed up at two of the locations. When I spoke with the manager, she was a total witch and no help at all. She came across as very arrogant and frankly, not very bright. I had to switch to another credit union. Avoid this place at all costs.
Cathy F. I have had great luck with this credit union. They helped me get a low interest credit card. (I pay a lot lower interest rate with them then I do citi card and it is local.) plus when I talked with their loan office at their main office I had all my questions answered and I was approved for the loan. The lady that approved my loan was super friendly and helpful!!!
The worse Credit union This is the one of the worst Credit unions in the area, I would not recommend them to anyone, I applied for a loan, they pro ceded to tell me there was no way they could give me a loan after I had over 125000 in loans from my previous bank and never had a problem, I would highly recommend that anyone with accounts with them take your banking needs elsewhere.
after 25 yrs I couldn't get a loan After 25 yrs with this credit union I needed to borrow some money one day. I went to the credit union, which I have always gotten loans before and asked to borrow some money to pay off some of my high interest loans. I talked to 2 different loan officers twice and they turned me down twice. I got so mad I joined another big bank down the road from them.
