I would put a zero if I could. I just went all the way to this bank a half hour away from my house because I was told they would cash their own checks over the phone and when I came in I was told no they don’t do it for anyone without an account even though I asked that exact question over the phone before taking a bus and train to get here. The lady at the counter was very nasty. Even through my anger I was very nice to her and she was terribly rude back.
