URSB Bank provides a local bank feel with all the amenities of a national bank. I’m very Thankful and grateful to be welcomed to this community and I’m excited to grow with them . I have been thoroughly impressed by the personal touches that the staff provides to their customers and feel honored to be part of it . Our business is new to the bank and already we know we made the right choice!

Very hard to get help when needed. They usually are not available when you call and they don't return calls. If you get a fraud alert on your card on the weekend, you will not get help until Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a holiday) and not until they decide to call you back IF they do call back. Your card will be locked and unusable and no help will be available. When you keep calling because you cannot get help they will act annoyed because you keep calling.

The WORST bank to WASTE time opening. It takes a Century to get your ATM Card. Customer service is poor. You call, they take your info and promise that the Manager will call which doesn't happen. My experience with small community banks especially this one is EXTREMELY worse. The branch in Carteret in New Jersey is worse. They treat yoo good during account opening but what follows is something else.
