Very hard to get help when needed. They usually are not available when you call and they don't return calls. If you get a fraud alert on your card on the weekend, you will not get help until Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a holiday) and not until they decide to call you back IF they do call back. Your card will be locked and unusable and no help will be available. When you keep calling because you cannot get help they will act annoyed because you keep calling. Also, always behind the times. This is not a good bank. I had a problem with my debit card. They said I needed to clean the card, so I did. Still not working. I go in and they say there's a restriction because of a transaction. So why didn't I get that response the first time? The lady over the phone says to come in, and she will help me. But she has me waiting there while she's doing something else. URSB Bank provides a local bank feel with all the amenities of a national bank. I’m very Thankful and grateful to be welcomed to this community and I’m excited to grow with them . I have been thoroughly impressed by the personal touches that the staff provides to their customers and feel honored to be part of it . Our business is new to the bank and already we know we made the right choice!
