Minus stars for this towing company. I agree with all the reviews about how long it takes to actually get to your car. I had to use them through Geico and had scheduled towing day before, and they were still three hours late. I would have gone with another company except they kept lying about their ETA, making me think the tow truck would actually show up. This company is obviously disorganized and dysfunctional. HORRIBLEEEEE !!!! This company should be shut down, GEICO should be ashamed for hiring this company with their horrible service! I sat in my car, exhausted waiting 2hrs for a tow truck ! Every time I called Chelsea claimed it would be a few mins, then still nothing ! This was insane ! I am extremely pissed !

I waited over 3 hours for a tow that never arrived at my location. Each time I called, I was told it was “10-15 minutes away,” only to find out the driver had gone to the wrong address entirely. HOW DO YOU MIX UP THE PICK UP AND DROP OFF LOCATIONS ???. Adding insult to injury, the phone representative giggled and was completely unhelpful claiming the driver was down the street, which made an already stressful situation even worse. I had to have Geico step in and dispatch a different tow company to finally get my truck moved.... read more

Don’t trust this towing place of you’re depending on being safe while you WAIT AND WAIT AND WIAT AND WAIT some more. The dispatch, Chelsea, knew i had been waiting for a long time and made dumb ass excuses. I waited almost THREE HOURS. I called one last time, still weren’t there and she has the audacity to call me disrespectful when I’m waiting almost THREE HOURS for a truck that NEVER came. Took matters, including my safety and drove myself home. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

The tow truck was 25 mins late, it wouldn't be a problem at all if they just communicated they are on the way, by either sms or a phone call. Customer wouldn't need a towing service unless it's really really needed and they're already stressed. Help the customers by reaching out and providing estimates even if there's a delay.. When my service person arrived, They were extremely helpful and got the situation handled very professionally.. Thank you!!
