I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by the way they treat their employees at this place. While visiting my grandfather earlier this week, I overheard one of the upper supervisor/managers scolding one of their employees for not being able to bend over and wipe something off of the floor..... what deeply disturbed me was that this employee was obviously and visibly very pregnant and a young lady. I would never recommend this as a place of employment for anyone. They discrimate towards their employees.
Toxic. Upper management has obvious favorites. Wound care orders not followed due to lack of supplies. Upper management lunches biweekly. False documentation of pressure wounds or no documentation. Copy and pasting done for skilled notes. They get restraining orders against spouses weeks after an incident supposedly happened that hurt a CNAs feeling. Temp nurses and CNAs abound.
As a former employee of 3 years, I would not recommend sending your loved ones here. Management will act all involved when you’re touring but as soon as you leave they’ll shut their door and sit in their office all day. There seems to be some superiority complex with them. They will be more concerned with workplace drama than your loved ones. It used to be a great place to work but it’s obvious that upper management needs a complete reform. They worked my friend to the bone , & gave him terrible pay ; the good management left .
