Great customer service!
Called United to rent traffic barricades and this office did not process my reservation. Spoke with the local representative 4 days ago after i placed my order through my corporate account and confirmed the size and amount I needed for an event. They never showed up. Called corporate and it was never processed!!! Poor execution and follow through. Never again!!! Update: Got an 'apology' form letter from someone at United.
Although they are busy, they are well organized with some great people. Go me in and out quick and even had someone come out and answer some product questions
The folks in the yard and in the office were very helpful and professional. They take customer service and experience very seriously and it shows.
