Chris was exceptionally responsive to our short notice need for equipment we did not have on hand.
I had an emergency and Todd Walters went above and beyond to help me out.
I asked my Contact to work very quickly to get things lined up to get to me. He worked to align the products along with their shipment as quick as possible. That night I was informed that we would not need the products. I was able to get a hold of my contact in the late evening and cancel the order before it arrived on site. very good customer service.
