I had an appointment at 1 and still had me there waiting. At like 1:20 a walk-in walks in and he doesn't have an appointment and took him in right away! Btw you can hear the conversation the place is small. Anyways.. So now It's 1:30 I told the lady in the front I had an appointment at 1 and says in about 15 min they will call me.It's almost 2 and nothing! What's the whole point of appointments?! I just Ended up walking out! So annoyed & frustrated because I work mon- fri and I set up an appointment for a reason!!
Can't get ahold of them I still haven't gotten my taxes and now I can't to seem to find them to ask quts gng o
