We rented a 12 seat Sprinter van for a weekend trip from Boston to Quebec city. The vehicle was clean and very comfortable. Our driver was timely, courteous, and very accommodating to any bathroom or food stops along the way. The rental process was very easy and I really appreciated that they kept in touch to confirm as the date approached. Also updated me via text as to drivers location and status. Highly recommend!

I have used United for both personal and professional service, and they always maintain a very high level of customer service. The responsiveness, attention to detail and professionalism of all staff especially the drivers is unmatched, and very much appreciated in a world where arguably this can get overlooked by some companies. They aren't just providing car services, they are selling an experience.
