I recently had UPC pick up and return my parents for a family trip and the entire process from start to finish was seamless. We had a flight delay on the way home, and the driver/UPC was able to accommodate without any issue whatsoever. The driver was there on time, helped with bags, had water available and got to them to/from Logan without any problems. Would absolutely utilize UPC again!
We had the best experience with Alban. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and made wonderful suggestions. Very friendly and would assist when needed. We will absolutely ask for Alban again from United Private Car Services.
