I am currently a extremely unsatisfied United Prairie (UP) customer. What was supposed to be a perk - the fraud detection alert service - provided as a distraction to bank customers after the ******* embezzlement scandal - has become a form of harassment.I am getting constant, unnecessary fraud alerts a minimum of once a month, and recently, almost weekly, each with the accompanying threats to lock my account because apparently paying my recurring membership fee to the gym right down the road from me and similar transactions... read more

If you live in Mankato/New Ulm area and want to take out a mortgage; do not go through United Prairie Bank. The woman who is in charge of the mortgage portion of the business is very unreliable and is rarely in the office to answer questions. It has been over a year since I first contacted United Prairie about taking out a mortgage and I have not received anything, but problems.
