This company is absolute garbage. My kids had school photos taken on August 11. My daughter's proof were uploaded to their site within a couple of days. My sons however were never uploaded. Ive been reaching out since August 23rd to some text only phone number they have on the website only to get generic responses, no answers and no help. United Portraits did our ID badges and yearbook photos this year. When we took the photos, my photographer, Victoria, was quite kind, helpful, and personable. She captured great photos of me and let me approve them. That's not always the case on photo days. Her supervisor, Salvador, was also helpful and made the whole staff picture day process run smoothly.

Yearbooks this year were very disappointing. Multiple kids names cut off at the bottom of pages. The school contracts them and then if you want the keepsake, you have no choice but to pay outrageously for a book that I could have printed better at FedEx.

They did my kids pictures in Phoenix. Couldnt be happier. The yearbooks were printed better than the previous company. The kids enjoyed them and I can look back on memories.
