I had an excellent experience with United Portraits, especially with Grace from the Chandler office. I needed assistance with my order because my daughter did retake and I had some questions about my order , and Grace helped me promptly and efficiently. Her professionalism and kindness made the process quick and stress-free.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their customer service is top notch - the representative, Salvador who works directly with our school is always willing to go above and beyond to fulfill our requests.

This is the business that takes pictures for my son’s elementary school and it is not good. Awkward poses and altering my son’s eyes to appear wider. On top of that they don’t bother to fix the student’s hair, something as simple as moving their hair out of their face or a piece of hair. I’m not expecting them to comb their hair just common sense. That’s not going to be a good picture after lunch when kids run around during recess. I miss when the school used Shutterfly.
