Avoid this place if at all possible. Terrible service. I called for 15 minutes trying to get someone to pick up the phone. They give you a card when you park and it says to call when you arrive. Good luck. Also, apparently they get to decide which vehicles are oversized. So I had to pay an extra $5/day for my regular F150 and the guy then told me to make sure I parked only in one spot and didn’t cross the lines. Ok. So I’m oversized and have to pay more, but you want me to only take up a single spot.

The worst service we’ve had!! We’ve been a returned customer and since then we always understand how poor their service was! Today was the worst experience ever!! He left us in the pick up spot as he said he was full! He didn’t called to inform us that he had arrived even!!! We waited more than 30 mins for him to come back which is annoying!!!! Wont come back at all!!!!

We had a very bad experience with them. We waited in 3A and as we approached the vehicle, they told us he is already full! Like you should have told us that he can’t take us!! It is frustrating to experience this after an exhausting flight going back home!!!

We had an issue occurred — someone caused a dent to my car — no staff member was able to properly address or respond to the situation. Unfortunately, there was no clear process for handling such incidents, and I felt the parking area is not safe as expected. I hope management can improve communication and security for future customers.
