It’s affordable, And fine value for what you pay for not much to complain about. don’t get the negative reviews when it’s just a affordable alternative to most spots

Called from the designated area and it took over an hour for the shuttle driver to pick us up. Called multiple times and could not get a clear answer as to when the shuttle would show up. The lot is less than 10 minutes from the airport. I will not use this service again.

Horrible service. Worst company I've ever used. Been waiting over 2 hours now for my shuttle. And there's no phone number to call. The number you call you just leave a message and nobody gets back to you. My poor son needs to use the restroom but we can't leave for fear of missing it now at this point. So unprofessional!!!! How are they still in service running a place like this???

Avoid this place if at all possible. Terrible service. I called for 15 minutes trying to get someone to pick up the phone. They give you a card when you park and it says to call when you arrive. Good luck. Also, apparently they get to decide which vehicles are oversized. So I had to pay an extra $5/day for my regular F150 and the guy then told me to make sure I parked only in one spot and didn’t cross the lines. Ok. So I’m oversized and have to pay more, but you want me to only take up a single spot.
