This was one of the worst parking experiences I’ve had at SeaTac. The attendant took forever to check us in — he even answered a call, and instead of putting the person on hold, carried on a casual conversation while we were standing there. He asked for unnecessary details about our car (unlike other lots), was rude and unfriendly, and ignored me when I politely mentioned we were in a hurry for our flight. guy did great but it's a setup for disaster. there was only one person working on a friday evening. far too many cars filled the lot and we were blocked in. and there were 14 people waiting to drop off their cars when he drove us back to the lot.

Great arrival and rice to airport and then we got back and all hell broke loose. Parking lot was so full they had to move cars around like Tetris to get us out. The worst attitude from the owner and not at all what we wanted to come home to after traveling back from Europe with our three young children

Smooth departure. Friendly, easy to pay and shuttle left promptly. When I landed at 11pm the shuttle took over a half an hour! No one picked up the phone. I was nervous they had closed. Horrible experience. I told the driver I was waiting over 30 minutes and he said traffic was heavy! What? No traffic at 11pm.
