Smooth departure. Friendly, easy to pay and shuttle left promptly. When I landed at 11pm the shuttle took over a half an hour! No one picked up the phone. I was nervous they had closed. Horrible experience. I told the driver I was waiting over 30 minutes and he said traffic was heavy! What? No traffic at 11pm.

My sister was just assaulted by a driver. She was alone in the van, he hugged her, then started kissing her neck and boobs. He squeezed really tight and kept asking for her phone number. DO NOT book this company, currently telling the police.
Horrible. Apparently they have a standard wait of 30 minutes for pick up, even though they are 5 minutes from the airport. It would have been nice if I had been told that when I dropped my car off instead of after a long day of travel with a 2.5 hour car Ride still ahead of me. Plus the place is sketchy AF. Just spend a bit more for one of the better lots and save yourself the trouble.
