Customer service is horrendous, staff lacks communication skills. Requested for mortgage note and voiced an issue in logging in as they’re using an encrypted system via Microsoft and clearly aware the email they’ve sent this is Google. How are clients suppose to gain access to a file that cannot be accessed? Even after voicing the log in issue, the same loan officer blatantly ignores the issue at hand and continues resending the same copy & paste link to download a file inaccessible.
