Lately it’s been a nightmare dealing with the loan department they have absolutely no hurry it shouldn’t take multiple days for a out of state loan… they also don’t know how to pull NADa value on vehicles if it’s not a base model car
Edited review- as i have to keep taking stars off. Just drive through virtual tellers at this location. Mortage department not great and fees for everything also suck. Sucks dont use them

I scheduled a phone meeting through their website to discuss a new construction loan/ land loan. Julie called me 15 minutes later than the scheduled time, I had to leave work to make this call which costed me extra time off the clock. She had no information ready for me- no interest rate info, no info on how the payments and time line work from start to finish, stated there were no programs I could use as a first time buyer, basically just said fill out an application.
