I scheduled a phone meeting through their website to discuss a new construction loan/ land loan. Julie called me 15 minutes later than the scheduled time, I had to leave work to make this call which costed me extra time off the clock. She had no information ready for me- no interest rate info, no info on how the payments and time line work from start to finish, stated there were no programs I could use as a first time buyer, basically just said fill out an application. I have banked with them for 8 years and they wouldn’t let me open a checking account because of my credit. I don’t know a single other bank with this policy.
