On 5/30/24 around 3:28pm i went into the Cleveland Blvd location in Caldwell i pre paid for gas the employee DID NOT set the amount and it went over what was prepaid. I was moving my car because it is a small gas station to the laundromat next to the gas station so other customers could come in the female employee comes running out threatening to call the cops on me takes down my license plates i told her i was on the phone getting money she threatened to have the cops on me in 30min in front of my 10yr old daughter. Tried 5 times to order home heating oil from Nampa. Was unable to reach the local office. Extremely frustrating. We are certainly not the biggest customers, just a home customer, but since the change over to Christensen we have experienced nothing but problems. Please fix your communication system.
