I went into the Housing Counseling Program that's described on their website, looking to "improve my current housing situation". I met with Elishiva a couple weeks ago, and she seemed very nice. She told me to come back with my filled out applications and either she or another caseworker would fax them. It took me a couple weeks to get back there because of health issues, and when I did I met with Natasha. It was a totally different experience. She didn't want to fax the applications. I was told I'd receive the first months rent and security deposit for a tenant. Sent in info but haven't heard back. I'd just like to know if they received the copy of lease? Left messages but no reply. I gave 3 stars until further notice. Ty
