Everything about this place is true. Long waits, bad employees and tight spots. asked the lady at the receiving office (Not the first one but the one after you dock) what the process was like, just side eyed me and completely ignored. If you enjoy wasting your time, dealing with unprofessional employees and missing your next pickup, this is the place for you.
The worst. Brokers need to start charging them fees for waiting time. They suck the worst negative bad not good just bad in every way. The worst company to deliver you can waste your whole day waiting here
