Its a small parking lot and my load was suppose ro be preloaded snd still had to wait 3 hrs 😒
The entrance is on the side when you get there. The whole driveway is the line. Anybody who arrives While the line is backed up has to wait in the street, or somewhere else, when you get to the job shack at the corner of the building at the end of the driveway, that's where you check-in and get your door number. 0230 the security dude starts check in. There is no point in coming here. These people took six hours to unload my shipment and when I asked for a detention form, they claimed I had missed my appointment—even though I was actually there on time. They didn't pay me and wasted six hours of my time. The unloading process is extremely slow; please stay away from this company and avoid it if you want to save your time.
The check-in line gets extremely long, but once I got the dock, I was out in just four hours. Not bad! They also have restrooms inside the receiving office. Docks are little hard to back into.
