Management need to be fired immediately!!!!! Arrived at 3:30 am for 4 am delivery, was told to come back at 4. Came back at 4 and was put at the door where I spent 5h without anyone unloading. I had to go inside and make a fuss so someone would start unloading one pallet per hour. Port-a-potty looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a decade I will not be coming back
This place is so cringe. Came here at 1:25 for a 2 AM appointment, and they turned me around, telling me to come back at 1:50. Funny thing is, the lane itself only took 20 minutes
NEVER TAKE LOAD FROM THEM OR FOR DELIVETY Bullshit company and narrow truck parking area when parking to doors. What is the worst THEY ARE REQUESTING UNLODING PAYMENT. YES Unloading payment
Appointment time 6am. At the guard shack at 5:50. Literally the only words out of the guards mouth was, "door 16" Started unloading me at 7:45 am. Finished at 8:15am. Lumper fee was half the price of what the load paid, very expensive to say the least. And they didn't reveal the lumper fee until after they unloaded me.
