Took my money, said it was fixed came back. The next day told him it was not fixed then said I cannot touch it. It is illegal for me to touch. This vehicle asked him why he touched it in the first place could not give me a straight answer.
I had an appointment this morning and I was very impressed with the service. There is only one guy that operates the shop(the owner) and I was very happy that he was straightforward and honest with me about what I'm looking at...problem wise and cost. I don't see that very much. I wish it was better news..I knew that there was an exhaust problem..but didn't know how bad. I'm glad that I called and made the appointment.

I took my car to United Muffler today and I had a great experience. I had some loud vibration coming from my car and it took Gary about 15 minutes to quickly identify a few issues on the exhaust stuff underneath and get things straightened out. He is super knowledgeable and professional and I felt very good about what he did with my car. I will DEFINITELY use and recommend United Muffler in the future!
