Start with saying I was referred to Cedric. Wish I could’ve had a better experience. Never met him in person and all communication was either email or text. He said I was fully approved but wasn’t and sellers went with another contract since he couldn’t establish a closing date bc of all the conditions. Paid for survey and appraisal and never got a copy of anything. Completely felt like fraud. Even my agent said he had never experienced this.
