I recently used this bank (not this branch) for a musical instrument loan. This is THE WORST banking experience. EVER. I do not mean this branch, but rather their online banking and customer support (if they can qualify themselves for this term 'support'). Try to avoid them and run from them as fast as you can. I could give a zero star if Google allows for it.
Very friendly and helpful. Judy and staff were excellent and understanding and greatly helped us. The Westerville branch has wonderful and kind people working there.
