I really like Midwest Savings. Very good CD rates. Super friendly staff. I really appreciate them calling me when my CD's are ready to mature. Highly recommended.
I think the staff here at this location are friendly and my husband and I opened a savings account not too long ago and they were very helpful
This is for the Reed Rd bank. Horrible place. The manager, Jeff, is argumentative and disrespectful to his customers. Very rude. Will never do any business with this horrible place and people. Can't wait to get money out, if I could've given a negative number, I would have. One is too nice for this bank. Terrible!!!
The absolute worst place to do any business.The manager, Jeff, is the most horrible customer service representative I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Disrespects and argues with customers and a very unpleasant person. Plus, they have the worst interest rates compared to other banks. If I could give a negative number or a zero, I would have. What a horrible person and bank. Can not wait to get the money out. I say Never Use Them. Stay far away!!!!!!!!
