In the eight months that I’ve worked at United Methodist Homes, I can truly say it’s a great place to work! UMH makes an effort to make sure that their employees are well taken care of and happy. Working at UMH, I’ve seen a great effort by the leadership team to evolve the company culture to fit the modern employee. They offer a 403b, PTO and a great, affordable benefit program which includes spousal and family coverage. For RNs and LPNs, they also offer a tuition forgiveness program. Most companies that have been around as long as UMH has, are now having to make changes to not only accommodate the current workforce, but also the incoming workforce.
