After years of providing subpar service and extremely rude staff and unnecessary tests and results never given, I believe they are out of business. I tried to call them, their mailbox is full and nobody seems to pickup the phone anymore..

The receptionist Christine is very nice but unfortunately has to hear the rath of all the DISAPPOINTED family members. So I am going to share my experience with Steven and his staff. I have been with them for 2 years. They oversaw my mother who was wheel chair bound. She fell in 2020 and in 2021 I moved my parents from Brooklyn to long island. I used them because it was hard to get my mother to a doctor. Then in 2022 my mother who was 90 passed away unexpectedly. This is an unethical, unprofessional and shady outfit. More than once, they claimed a nurse visited my 81 year old mother's house in Setauket and that my mom didn't answer the door or pick up her phone when called. All lies. She was home waiting for them the whole day and no one showed up. I'm documenting all their so-called visits and contacting the NYAG's office for suspected Medicaid fraud to see if they are billing for them.
