OMG! Where do I begin? If there were another hospital in the Clarksburg/Bridgeport area, I would NEVER step foot in UHC. To name a few incidents, let me start with the emergency room. My 92 year old mother was diagnosed with the flu and sent home. Two hours later, she was back and diagnosed with congestive heart failure. I have never had a good experience in the emergency room. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Ruby in Morgantown. After months of complaining of shortness of breath and chest pains, I finally went to Ruby where they referred me to a cardiologist. Most doctors at UHC were rude, but the nurses were nice. The wait time in ER is too long. They also released me while my blood pressure was in hypertensive crisis. No pulmonary tests ordered. You could die if you choose this horrible hospital. Go to Ruby, they know what they are doing.

This hospital doesn't screen their employees very well. They have a nurse in operating room (Rhonda Moore), that was convicted of First Degree Murder and spent time in prison for that charge. She is not a very nice person onoe she steps out of the hospital. Her boyfriend (ex-husband) has been in and out of prison for the last 30 years, he is currently incarserated. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL!!!!!!!!!!!!! All information can be checked out and is 100 % true.

Radiology dept is more interested in their iphones to be bothered with patients. Nice people, just horribly incompetent. Tore up my arm for IV, still black & blue after a month. Even the drs in the medical park refer patients elsewhere, actually told me don't get surgery at UHC. It's a shame for new hospital to be so lacking.

The hospital is not a well design. It is to far of a walk to get to the Er. for the elderly or someone who is sick mainly in the cold weather or very hot.
