Very happy with our new outdoor setting. We were able to purchase the combination of furniture we wanted rather than a standard setting. Delivery was punctual. Assembly was completed quickly and all packing removed. I’d certainly recommend this company.
We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Michael was super helpful, easy to deal with, answered all our questions (we went back 3 times) his customer service is excellent! The whole experience was seamless. The quality of the product we purchased is of high quality and is super stylish - it surpasses those that we looked at which were far more expensive! We’re so pleased with both the service and outdoor couch from Bay Gallery Furniture. All the people we’ve dealt with have been so helpful and understanding. We had a couple issues where we accidentally ordered the wrong colour and then the 3-seater didn’t fit through our front door, but everything was sorted out so quickly and smoothly. We’re incredibly happy with our couch and can’t recommend them enough.
