The physician is very attentive IF you can get him to the clinic to see you. Nurses fail to call back (will chart and tell you they did) upon request. Physician has cxl’d two appointments without notice - so after taking off work, driving downtown, paying for parking, showing up on time for appointment, only to find out the physician isn’t available and there is nothing they can do. Staff will self righteously tell you that they called to notify or they’re ‘not sure what happened’ but that is far from accurate as my phone ha... read more
