Exceptionally poor customer service, combined with an inoperable app means there is no way to send any attachments, documents, pictures etc to the team except via mail which they conveniently "Can not locate" despite having documents sent via registered mail. They refuse to acknowledge even the basic written details of their own documents! I am still struggling to get them to pay for $450 for a county tax they have said they are responsible for! Stay away!!
