What a wonderful experience! Brittany was lovely and made setting up our son’s accounts before heading to college completely seamless. The branch manager was so friendly and we feel so supported using UHCU!
Very bad customer service! I'm disabled and I had to wait about 20 minutes just to make deposit into my account. It hurts to keep standing up for that long, it sounds like they're cooking lentils. Their service is getting worse and worse!
I’ve been with UHCU for over a decade. They used to be great. Great loan officers, great rates, great service. Now they’re horrible. They stole tons of money for fees from my account and their loans are horrible. Even my loan officer I used for many car purchases over the years is awful now. I’ve moved most of my accounts to other credit unions and will close the rest of my accounts soon with them. Building a relationship with a bank should mean something. Loyalty should mean something. Love the employees except for the personal loans department. Full of attitude and impatience. As someone who works in customer service, if i spoke to a customer that way i wouldn’t have a job for much longer.
