United Healthcare is very particular about who they give care for what. Fronted with "benefits" that you then can not pay for because your doctor care out of pocket cost are all you can afford, If you don't want to pay any other bills that is. Forget getting Mental Health care through them, they do not reimburse for out of network Health providers, yet I can not afford an in Network provider, which does not take United With AARP or Medicare.... My mom 87 has United Healthcare and I am her caregiver. They don't do video conferencing unless you have a smart phone. No smartphone...no appointment. They can't zoom or video conference with a PC. That's below standard and totally ridiculous.
